Golf Club Market Assessment

Following the impacts of COVID19, a Golf Club board engaged the team at Solve Property to understand the changes taking place in the demographics within its catchment, how the profile of members was changing, what other club offerings are providing, and what opportunities exist to create additional revenue from the asset. Whilst participation rates have improved for the operational side of the golf course, the property asset was in need of upgrades and improvements to cater for a diverse range of community and visitors. The output of our analysis provided an evidence base for the board to understand new demand drivers, consider market gaps to improve service and widen the appeal of the club, and plan for the longer term in regards to property management and securing additional revenue.
