A boutique developer with interests in regional housing engaged Solve Property to guide them through a strategic process to find a planning pathway for a long term held asset. The engagement plan was developed, and early engagement with Government identified the opportunity to work collaboratively with the impending preparation of a settlement strategy.  Our Advisory Team developed a land use master plan following a detailed economic analysis, and supported the client with the preparation of the engagement strategy. The process is ongoing, and our client is working with the local community to ensure a new community facility can be delivered as part of the project.
